【小冊子ご紹介】「目からウロコのプレゼンの技」

マイクロソフトさんからいただいた「ビジネスの達人が教える　目からウロコのプレゼンの技」という小冊子があります。平田幸一氏の執筆・監修です。その一部を抜粋・引用させていただきます。

タブレットＰＣを使うと、プレゼンテーションをする時に、画面に書き込みながら説明できます。
それは、ビジネスマンにとっては、「目からウロコのプレゼンの技」ということになります。
また、先生にとっては、「興味をもたせ、よりわかりやすく、理解度を高める授業や講義を実現することができる」とも言えます。

例えば、パワーポイントで作った資料（または教材）の場合、
（１）今説明している箇所にマークを入れる
（２）印象に残したい部分は書きながら話す
（３）データを有効的に見せる
　　　（グラフや表の小さな字を大きく手書きし、強調できる）
（４）チャートやグラフで表したいポイントを数字で書き込む
　　　（数字を書き込むと強く印象に残る）
（５）写真に線や文字を書き込み、ポイントを強調する
（６）書き込みをできるようにあらかじめスペースや白紙のページ
　　　を用意しておいて、書き込みしながら説明する
（７）強調したいポイントを拡大表示させる（※）
（８）Ｑ＆Ａは書き込みながら行う
などのわかりやすくプレゼンテーションする「技」が、タブレットＰＣでは簡単に使えます。

みなさんもぜひこの「目からウロコのプレゼンの技」を活用してみてください。

私は、マイクロソフトの「拡大鏡機能付マウス」を使っています。これだと、画面上の任意の場所を任意の大きさに拡大できるので、プレゼンテーションだけでなくＥＸＣＥＬの小さな数字を見るときなどにも便利です。

【本紹介】The Impact of Tablet PCs and Pen-based Technology on Education

１１月１０日にMicrosoft ResearchのDr. Jane Chu Prey氏にお会いして、お話しをうかがいました。
その時、The Impact of Tablet PCs and Pen-based Technology on Education（教育におけるタブレットＰＣとペン・ベースド・テクノロジーの衝撃）という本をいただきました。
出版は、Purdue University Press です。
今年４月に研究者たちが集まり、おたがいの成果を発表しあいました。その抜粋をJane C. Prey さんご自身と、 A.Berque　さんと Robert H. Reed　さんが編集者となって出版されたようです。

とても興味あるタイトルだったので、少し読んでみました。

タブレットのPCおよびペンベースの技術は、初等中等教育（Ｋ１２）および大学等の高等教育で衝撃的な成果を得つつあります。教育にタブレットＰＣと手書きの技術がいかに有効であるかが、多くの研究と実践を通じて示されています。
